At long last, the Biden Administration’s initial foray into the Fiscal Year 2022 budget is here. This is skinnier than most first year President’s “skinny” budget requests including only the discretionary budget and no mandatory spending or revenue proposals and just a few charts at the end. But thinner in pages and substance evidently doesn’t equal trimmer in spending it appears. Regardless, we got our green eyeshades out and are digging in.
