In the early morning hours of March 9, 2022, the House Appropriations Committee released its 2,700+ page, $1.5 trillion+ Fiscal Year 2022 Omnibus spending bill. The bill contains all 12 appropriations bills, fully funding the government before the current continuing resolution expires March 11. It also contains supplemental funding in response to Ukraine and COVID-19. Follow along as we dig into details of the text.
