W.T.B. Financial Corp. is the bank holding company for Washington Trust Bank. Washington Trust is the largest privately held commercial bank in the Northwest, and has offices in Washington, Utah, Oregon, and Idaho. The company is based in Spokane, Washington. W.T.B. Financial received $110 million through the Treasury’s Capital Purchase Program.
In February 2009, W.T.B. Financial purchased Beaverton, Oregon-based Pinnacle Bank, which had fallen into receivership by the FDIC. W.T.B. agreed to pay a discounted price of $7.6 million for Pinnacle’s $72 million worth of assets.
