Financial received $110 million through the Treasury’s Capital Purchase Program.

In February 2009, W.T.B. Financial purchased Beaverton, Oregon-based Pinnacle Bank, which had fallen into receivership by the FDIC. W.T.B. agreed to pay a discounted price of $7.6 million for Pinnacle’s $72 million worth of assets.
