Associated Banc-Corp (ABC) is a bank holding company with headquarters in Green Bay, Wisconsin. ABC is the 37th largest bank holding company in the country. All of its subsidiaries were consolidated into one, Associated Bank. In late October, the company was approved to receive $530 million from the Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program.
Associated Bank has approximately 300 branches in Wisconsin, and parts of Minnesota and Illinois.
