Fulton Financial Corporation is a bank holding company for eleven community banks, in addition to two financial services companies and twelve non-bank entities. It’s primary subsidiary is Fulton Bank. The eleven subsidiary banks are located throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and Virginia with approximately 265 banking offices. The company is headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Through the Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program, Fulton Financial received $376.5 million, in exchange for 376,500 shares of Fulton’s Fix Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. Fulton also issued to Treasury a warrant to purchase 5,509,756 shares of the company’s common stock.
